SOAR Program: Start Soaring Towards Your Rewards!
Select Opportunities and Rewards Program
The SOAR program, in partnership with Kensington Protective Products, will award PtHA members for time spent with their Pinto in ALL activities. You may earn credits by showing at local non-PtHA Shows such as Open, Schooling, Fun shows, trail riding, lessons, driving, parades, as well as time spent with your Pinto and much more. Credits earned will accumulate, and prizes will “soar” directly to your door! Enroll today to start soaring towards your rewards!
How to earn rewards
Credits are accumulated by submitting reporting forms for:
- Hours spent riding, driving or working in-hand in non-competition setting
- Points earned competing in non-PtHA Shows
Time spent riding, driving or working-hand shall be kept in full and one-quarter hour increments, such as 2.25 or 1.5 hours. Credits are awarded as 1 hour = 1 credit.
Points earned at non-PtHA shows will count toward credits earned as 2 points = 1 credit. The PtHA ROM point scale will be used for the SOAR point scale.
Double credits can be earned by:
- Riding or Driving in national and state parks, grasslands or historic areas, as recognized by the U.S. or Canadian National Parks Service.
- Competing in a Recognized Association or Outcross Breed Show. Click here for the Recognized Associations and Outcross Breeds list. Must include copy of the show bill with the SOAR Exhibition Form in order to receive double credits.
When you submit forms to PtHA, your credits, whether hours, points or both, are added together and kept on your SOAR Account. As you “soar” to each new level with your Pinto, you will be sent a certificate for reaching the next level and the prize that coincides with that milestone. You do not need to request your prizes or wait until the end of the year.
To get started, print the SOAR Enrollment Form and submit with payment to the PtHA Office.
