January 13, 2020
It is that time of year again. Time to begin thinking about the 2020 Pinto World Championship. We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to be a part of another record setting year!
The PWC will be held at the Built Ford Tough Livestock Complex in Tulsa, OK. Dates for the show are June 8-20, 2020, with our Youth Judging Contest occurring on the 7th. If you would like to be open for the Youth Judging Contest, you must move in by Saturday, June 6th. Details are listed on the back of the contract in this packet.
The PWC has partnership levels starting as low as $100 and beyond. If you’re interested, there is a level to fit your specifications. Contact me for more information.
There have been several updates to the Rules and Regulations page of the vendor contract, be sure to read it and become familiar with the new rules. Additionally, all vendors will be required to sign PtHA’s Trademark Use Policy form. PtHA’s trademark policy is a set of guidelines for what is and is not acceptable use of PtHA’s trademarks.
Please note that priority will be given to Corporate Partners regarding placement of vendors on the north side of the Livestock Arena. Remaining spaces will be sold on a first come first serve basis to remaining vendors. Please contact me first in regards to space available on the north side before sending in your contract.
Priority will be given to returning vendors who submit their vendor contract, 50% deposit and Certificate of Liability insurance by April 1 regarding the assignment of space. Make sure all required documents and balance due are received by May 1 before space is filled and/or to avoid a late fee. Also, if you would like to be in the Ford Truck Arena or the Exhibit Hall, please mark your preference on the contract by the map at the bottom. This will help me in placing you. If you have any questions regarding the process or specific requirements, please feel free to contact me.
I look forward to your participation in the 2020 PWC and hope to see you in June!
